New technologies enter our life so fast, I even wonder how we are able to adjust to it. =) In 2013 Subaru will introduce a new technologies in its mainstream models Legacy and Outback. A new technology is the EyeSight driver assistance system that consists of a pair of charge-coupled device (CCD) cameras mounted at the top of the windshield on either side of the rearview mirror.

It takes stereo images of the view ahead and can detect obstacles. It's also possible to stop/slow a car under 19 mph if there is an obstacle ahead and driver doesn't react.

Firstly the System will be introduced in two models - Legacy and Outback, but I don't think that Subaru will make its other customers waiting for this system to be introduced for the rest of the lineup.
