Natacha Mercier, a French artist, once witnessed a BMW owner who parked his car just to spit-polish a spot on his chrome wheels. While strutting around like a peacock with plenty of gold chains around his neck he was surrounded by girls, who were “dropping like flies”.
Natacha decided to combine all the components for her project. Mercier coated an old Mercedes-Benz in fly paper, parked it in a greenhouse and released 100,000 flies. To demonstrate this crazy idea, Natacha and her friends took a ride around the streets of Toulouse, France.
