After introducing the $3.4 million Lykan Hypersport, W Motors is back to reveal its new masterpiece, the Fenyr. In just 3 years, the Dubai-based supercar company has surprised the world by coming back to introduce yet another out-of-the-world supercar at the 2015 Dubai Motor Show. The Arabian marque W Motors is the first Middle-East-based manufacturer of luxury supercars. It has proven its worth by impressing everyone with the Lykan Hypersport. The all-new Fenyr might be not as exclusive as its predecessor, since the production run has been capped at 25 cars, but W Motors has managed to lift the performance bar higher, as well as exclusive jaw-dropping bodywork. Carmudi has collected some information about the new W Motors Fenyr.
One of the most important and exclusive features of the W Motors Fenyr is its exceptional performance, as it comes powered by a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter flat-six cylinders engine from the legendary Porsche tuning firm RUF. This engine is able to generate up to 900 horsepower and will have to a lightweight tubular aluminum chassis. As for the transmission, it is an advanced 7-speed dual-clutch that will send the mid-mounted engine power to the rear wheels. Moreover, the W Motors Fenyr is able to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds, before reaching a top speed of 400 km/h.
Fenyr simply looks like something out of a sci-fi movie, precisely like a transformer. It has aggressive styled bodywork and an insane shape of aluminum body. Carbon fiber and other lightweight materials are used to build the Fenyr in perfect harmony, while the lights appear more refined and it looks like there is some more sophisticated aero, making it one of the most notable supercars at this years’ Dubai Motor Show.
The 25 units that will be produced of the W Motors Fenyr will cost around $1,800,000 (AED 6,610,950) each. The Fenyr is now available at the 2015 Dubai Motor Show for the visitors to enjoy.
