The Evora from Lotus evolves since 2009 and takes various forms for each competition.

This year the Evora evolves into the Evora GX which meets all the requirements of Grand-Am’s new GX class which appears at 2013 race season. For the first sight the car is similar to its predecessors (lightweight materials, such as carbon fiber and plexiglass bodywork), but the GX features thicker U.S.-spec roll cage, a Grand-Am rear wing, a revised front splitter and bumper, yellow headlights, new fuel filler system. In addition the GX gets rid of ABS and traction control systems – only Grand-Am, only hardcore!
McMahon Raceworks has already placed one order for the car, it will cost $335,000 for one car.
