This weekend's Four-Wide Nationals qualigying session at zMax Dragway in North Carolina was illuminated by the blow of one of the drag racing cars. That one was of Matt Hagan whose car's bits of engines and other parts were launched across three of the four race lanes.

This accident was caused by an intake valve which got into one of car's cylinders about halfway down the track. Thanks God noone was injured and Hagan himself got out of the car, moreover he was able to manage to keep his car in its lane. Frustrated Hagan ripped a piece of the car off and threw it on the ground, it seems the guy is followed by a bad luck - this is the third year in a row that Hagan has been involved in an explosion at the Four-Wide Nationals.
